Who Myles Johnson is

Kill Tony fans know Myles Johnson as a regular around the show. He works the door at Joe Rogan's Comedy Mothership in Austin and came up through the bucket pull, getting his name drawn on several episodes. On episode #777 in July 2026 he got his name in the title, sharing billing with Fuzzy Khilji, and he has since sat on the panel next to host Tony Hinchcliffe.

Episode #792 went up on YouTube on Nov. 2, 2026. Jimmy Carr, Luis J. Gomez and Steve Rannazzisi were the guests. This clip comes from a stretch of panel small talk, when Myles brought up his newest hobby.

The worm farm

By Myles's account, the worms live in his kitchen and his girlfriend "hates it." He put the population at "between 2,000 and 3,000 worms" and said he was a couple of weeks in. The plan, he said, was to compost the vegetables that go bad and use the result to start a garden.

He didn't undersell the product. He called it "Heisenberg Walter White dirt," the Breaking Bad chemist's blue meth turned into potting soil, and claimed it would be "99% purity." The panel laughed. Carr went straight for the obvious point that you can just buy dirt, before deciding Myles's version counted as "premium dirt."

Is a kitchen worm farm a real thing?

Yes. Myles is describing vermicomposting, and it's a common way to compost indoors. Extension services such as NC State's recommend red wigglers (Eisenia fetida) rather than garden earthworms. The worms live in a covered bin with damp bedding like shredded newspaper and eat food scraps. What they leave behind, called castings or vermicompost, gets mixed into potting soil and garden beds.

Extension guides usually say to start a household bin with about a pound of worms, which works out to roughly 1,000 adults. That lines up with the thousand worms Myles said he ordered. His jump to 2,000 to 3,000 is his own count, and the show didn't check it. Red wigglers breed fast in a well-kept bin, though, so a growing number is believable.

The girlfriend's complaint is common too. Guides say a healthy bin shouldn't smell much, but too much food or too much moisture can cause odors and fruit flies. That usually ends with somebody's partner wanting the worms out of the kitchen.

"Dirt cheap"

Asked what a thousand worms cost, Myles said about $60 on Amazon. Someone at the desk called it "dirt cheap."

Carr's deadpan "premium dirt" is what made the bit work. Myles came off as a guy who means every word of it, and the rest of the panel just let him talk.
