Ricardo Diaz is the most powerful drug lord in Vice City in the 1980s, and he's voiced by Luis Guzmán in both Vice City and Vice City Stories.

In Vice City Stories, set in 1984, Diaz is a rising force in the city's drug trade. He works with Victor and Lance Vance at times and against them at others, and he shows the explosive temper that defines him. Fans see these scenes as the setup for his larger role two years later.

In Vice City, set in 1986, Diaz is the top drug kingpin, with a mansion on Starfish Island and an army of gunmen.
